Throughout Egypt, there is a large number of young widows and poor economic conditions. Many wives and young women from families of Ekhwet el Rab (brethren of the Lord) are requesting work to help provide for their families.The churches are seeking small sewing projects/workshops in order to help. The following items are needed:

- Cloth 🧺
- Tools 🪡
- Tailoring Training 👩🏻🏫
This project provides impoverished women & widows with skills & resources needed to generate income, offering a lifeline to overcome barriers to economic mobility & achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
The initiative enables women to work from home, crafting various products like school bags, bed linens, curtains, and custom clothing. They women are supported by equipping them with sewing machines & tailoring training. By combining practical tools with skills development, it fosters financial independence while allowing women to care for their children and manage their households effectively. To start the project, sewing machines, different types and colors of fabrics and threads are provided.
The cost to start a small sewing business is $457 per person and the goal is to help 65 women to become self-sufficient. Total needed is $29,705!
These projects will provide job opportunities for countless widows and women who are in need of work in to fulfill their living expenses.
Help local churches provide their children with work and aid them in becoming financially self-sufficient!
